Derby Days are here again

This weekend, mommy, Kate and the girls all flew down to South Beach for some fun in the sun. Swine flu may have cancelled a trip to Cancun, but it would not stop our bachelorette party plans entirely.

And so, Alexis's weekend started out with daddy-daughter swim class. When asking Vic about the very little bench he had our mobile baby girl laying on for some photos, he said that it was okay because she has his dexterity and balance. Only a dad :)  

Later that day, Lexi put on her jockey sweater from Aunt Elizabeth and spent a little time in her version of Kentucky Bluegrass - our front yard - before race time. With the return of the sun that afternoon, a happy baby and some great shots, Vic had his own trifecta!
