Lexi and I joined my extended family for a few days up in Litchfield County to celebrate the 4th. We sure missed daddy who was at a bachelor party with all his college friends, but Alexis had no shortage of attention in his absence. From the baby pool to a visit to the lake, backyard fireworks to drinks in the gazebo, it was a wonderful and relaxing two days. A Happy 4th indeed (and Lexi and Vic's reunion yesterday was just as sweet)!

Uncle Carl especially loved loved his pictures with Lexi on the 4th--he can't wait until she can go fishing with the gang!
