Vic and I went to the wedding of one of his college friends over the weekend, so Alexis was left in the hands of her Grandpa Tom. They had a ball together. Tom got to experience her "all business" side when it's dinnertime, her love for pulling up on every piece of furniture in the house, her impatience for staying still while being changed, and her overall cuteness.
He discovered that she loves the sound of a bumble bee and spent the weekend making her smile with the new trick. To thank the babysitter, we had Tom stay through dinner on Sunday - meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn. Fall must really be just around the corner!
All in all, a fun weekend for everyone.

Hey...not sure when we'll get out there again but I have a pass to the zoo so can go anytime. Wednesday & Thursday of next week I'm free or the following Wednesday. If any of those work for you, let me know...
