Lexi the Ladybug

Alexis rallied from a tough bout of teething and a little virus just in time for her first Halloween. Our little ladybug had her friend Olivia's party to attend. And on the walk, I mean "flight" home, we stopped at a few neighbors' homes for some trick or treating. Of course she can't really enjoy the candy just yet, but it was fun all the same.

There are quite a few photos below of Lexi the Ladybug's Halloween Adventures:

Yay, Daddy's home - it's almost party time!
And don't worry, the car was in park.
Alexis was raring to go and decided to greet him when he drove up the driveway

It's a bird, it's a plane....it's a Ladybug

It's go time

Even an empty Halloween bag is fun when it's so cute
(thanks Aunt Wendy)

"10 Little Ladybugs" - the book that inspired her costume

Still not ready to walk just yet. We'll keep practicing

Genius - a great way to make use of the inflatable pool once fall hits!
Here Alexis is playing with Mia, Jake and Kellen

Holding hands - Vic quickly intervened

Alexis with the hostess

Trick or treating next door - see how excited she is (and her Daddy too!)

Adorable! I love the one of her crawling where you just see the back of her costume. And what a great idea for the pool!!
