Snowpocalypse

The weathermen were right this time around...though I'm not sure we'd go so far as to call Wednesday's storm "Snowpocalypse 2010".  Schools were closed, stores were closed, the roads were nearly empty, and we were pretty much stuck here at home all day.

Alexis raced from window to window, pointing at the snow and squealing with excitement. I bundled her up and took her out to play.  Riding around in the wagon seemed to be her favorite part. 

I tried to teach her how to make a snow angel, but it must not have been her cup of tea...

because she literally walked back into the garage and up the stairs right after!

Daddy was one of the few commuters at the end of the day, so he got home by 4:30! 

Lexi tried helping him clear the driveway - 

but both she and I seem to be better cheerleaders than helpers :)

(As for Cross Fit, yup, I still had it. Our crazy Australian instructor has the mentality of the postal department apparently...neither rain, nor sleet nor snow will keep us from kip ups and pull ups!)
