Yes!

Doesn't get much better than watching the Women's Gymnastics take Gold!
These Olympics are keeping me up WAY past my bedtime,
but seeing moments like that and Michael Phelps become the most celebrated Olympian =
worth it.
All this excitement has Lexi inspired too.
I had to do a tester at the track for Crossfit last week.
7.5 laps for time.
With Vic away in Dallas for the week and our babysitters unavailable,
the girls had to tag along.
I brought fruit snacks and a sticker book to keep Alexis entertained.
Instead, she stood at the railing and watched my every move.
"You're doing great mommy," she called out to me.
And then, totally unprompted, she informed me that she wanted to run.
I stood back and watched my girl complete a 400 without stopping once.
While she might not grow up to be the next Lolo Jones,
it made this mama proud.

Tell her how proud I am of her accomplishment, that is really great, she isn't even 4 and can run 1/4 mile. Nothing wrong with inheriting athletic genes from Mom and Dad.
