While it might not look like a traditional winter,
we still welcomed Martin Luther King day,
Valentine's Day,
Jump Rope for Heart,
basketball season (which ended in a runners-up trophy),
the Super Bowl,
the 100th day of kindergarten,
lots of loving on our newest family member,
and a mix of bright sunshiny days
and freezing cold mornings that
reminded us of our Northern roots.
