She works hard for the $
Lexi is in a phase where she wants to help out around the house...emptying the dishwasher, unloading the washing machine, "helping" fold laundry (which really means unfolding our nice, neat piles), throwing away her diapers and putting groceries in the fridge. But her favorite might just be the trusty vaccuum.
All she asks for in return is a pat on the back or a high five. No allowance necessary.
Who are we to squash her enthusiasm?

maybe she can come to my house, long gone are the days of a high five for a helping hand. Matt and Courtney do help, but their motto is more along the lines of "Show me the $".!:)
I wonder if she's picked up on my training sessions.?The whole family has always agreed that I clean floors best - and we know that there have been plenty of jokes about me down on all fours scrubbing.
