Dance Recital

Every Tuesday, Alexis could be found twirling and tapping 

to her heart's content at dance class. 

It was a very sweet group of girls, 

including two of her best buddies, Lily and Chloe,

twin sisters who live just around the corner and go to school with Lexi. 

Last week, it was finally time to strut their stuff at the dance recital. 

Below are a bunch of pictures from the recital at the SMU Auditorium

as well as a video of the ballet and tap dances during the rehearsal earlier that day. 

Our girl was super excited to wear makeup and a fancy bun for this special day,

and she spent a lot of time wondering if she'd be receiving flowers :)

Lexi was not the least bit nervous and had a ball performing up on that stage. 

We took her to dinner at Digg's afterwards to celebrate a great dance year.
